I have been running a lot more “thanks” to my friend Keira who wrote a very inspiring facebook post about the Indy Women’s Half Marathon.  A post, by the way, that she does not even remember writing! I thought, maybe I could do it!  So I have been trying to train.  And it has been terrible.  But also weirdly wonderful so I continue to try.

Because of the running I need to stretch more.  And I like this video from Tone It Up so much that I thought I should share:

I don’t like yoga that much.  But I like this one because it is 15 minutes, it has a lot of stretch time, and twists which always feel good.  There is also an ab part at the end so I feel like I accomplished something.  But the ab part is only a minute long so its reasonable!
